TROPICAL KIWI POPS

8 Kiwi fruits (green and/or gold) peeled and chopped (about 4 cups)
2 cups pineapple juice or mango nectar

Divide kiwis between eight (5 oz) paper cups or posicle molds. Pour juice into cups. Place a wooden popsicle stick or pop handle in the center of each. Freeze for 4 hours, or until firm.

To remove pops from cups, carefully run water over side of cup to loosen.
