Serves 8-10

Guacamole
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 c sour cream
2 tsp dry taco seasoning mix
2 scallions
2 medium tomatoes (or chopped tomatoes in a can)
9 oz can bean dip
1 c shredded cheddar cheese (or can use Mercian cheese mix!)
1/2 c sliced black olives (if desired)
Tortilla chips
Combine guacamole, lemon juice and
garlic powder, set aside; Combine sour cream and taco seasoning
mix in a small bowl, stir, set aside.
Spread the bean dip thinly in large dish, covering entire surface.
Spread guacamole mix on top of bean dip, spread on sour cream taco
mix next, sprinkle on shredded cheese, add layer of tomatoes, olives
and scallions.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Refrigerate.
