Preparation time: 10 min Total time: 35 min Makes: 2-1/4 cups dip
or 18 servings, 2 tbsp each
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained,
chopped
1 cup Mayo Real Mayonnaise or MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1 cup 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix all
ingredient.
SPOON into 9-inch pie plate or shallow ovenproof dish.
BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until lightly browned. Serve with vegetable
dippers, tortilla chips, assorted NABISCO Crackers or assorted cocktail
bread slices.
Can Sprinkle with about 2 tbsp each of
tomatoes and/or onions when you take it out of oven.
As a variation, sometimes I make with Hearts
of Palms instead of artichoke hearts.
