HEATH BAR CRUNCH

1 box saltine crackers
1 cup butter(margerine) melted
1 cup dark brown sugar
12 oz chocolate chips
1/2-12oz Bits O Brickle


Cover cookie sheet, one with four sides on it, with foil. Grease it with butter. Bring butter and sugar to boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Layer the saltines side by side by side on the foil in the cookie sheet to fill the pan. Pour all the sugar mixture over it. While hot,immediately sprinkle choc chips over and spread out til all melted. Sprinkle with Bitz O Brickle. Chill. Break into bits and keep in a tin for eating.

I often use just the first 4 ingredients and just melt everything together and pour it in.
Still turns out good and much quicker.
