MUSHROOM VEGETABLE CASSEROLE

Grandma Bernie - "Good!"

onion
green pepper
celery
butter

1 can mushroom soup
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
2 pkgs frozen vegetables - cooked until barely done
crushed potatoe chips
parmesean cheese

brown the onion, green pepper and celery in butter. Put into casserole dish and add mushroom soup, chestnuts and veggies. Top with potatoe chips and parmesean cheese. Bake 1/2 hour at 350.
