CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Aunt Kathy - "Yum!"

equivelent of 1 cooked chicken - I use 4 or 5 chicken breasts or mix couple legs & thighs too
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream chicken soup
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 tube stack of Ritz crackers, crushed
1 tbsp poppy seeds


Mix chicken, sour cream and soup in a 9 x 12 pyrex dish. Mix margarine, crackers and poppy seeds and spread over chicken; bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
