Grandma Bernie
7 egg whites unbeated
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 cups pecans
1 1/2 cups coconut
Mix and put in unbaked 9" pie
shell, bake in preheated oven until set and glossy - 30 to 35 minutes
and serve warm with whipping cream and sliced bananas.
I
like to bake the crust 5 to 7 minutes or so before adding filling.
