PINEAPPLE GRATIN

1 20oz can Pineapple chinks in juice
1/3 cup sugar
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 /2 cup Ritz crackers crumbs
2 tBsp melted margarine


Drain juice, keeping 3 tbsp to mix with sugar and flour. Stir in fruit and cheese. Pour into pyrex dish. Melt margarine and stir into crumbs; sprinkle over top fruit/cheese mix. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, slightly golden.

This serves 4; I generally double it from the start.
