1 lg pkg lemon jello
1 15oz can crushed pineapple-drain into glass and save juice
1 lge pkg cream cheeze-soft, on the counter for a while
Mix the jello using the 2 cups hot
water and the juice as part of the cold water.
Add the cream cheese in chunks; I use a mixer on very low speed .
Add in the pineapple til mixed and pour into pyrex dish or mold to
refrigerate til set.
Works well in fancy mold turned out or just in a bowl with a big spoon!
Goes well with ham meal. |
