CREAMED TUNA

Grandma Bernie

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 can white tuna in water
2 hard boiled eggs
Worcestershire sauce


Heat the can of mushroom soup and milk. Then add the tuna, chopped hard boiled eggs and a dash of worcestershire sauce. Heat until simmering and serve on toast.

Grandma Bernie says:

You can add parika on top for color, and frozen peas for eye appeal.

I now use albacore tuna in water and also add sliced mushrooms and serve on toast. Delicious!

Got lot of mmmm mmmmm's when served this to club and luncheaon guests.

Other additions - very little cheese, little pimiento - slivered for color mainly; or few water chestnuts.

Have also used a few grated carrots for eye apeal.
