SUMMER SALAD

Equal portions:
Canned peas, drained
Frozen corn, .cooked, drained
Chopped celery
Green beans, drained

DRESSING:
“jigger” each of:
Olive oil
White vinegar
Sugar
Water


Heat til dissolved, cool. Pour over Veggies, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and chill well. Good cold and crunchy, can add other things like carrot or red beans for color, but these four were delicious!
