2 32-oz cartons Organic Creamy Portobello Soup
1 cup clam juice
¾ cup half-and-half
2 8-oz pkgs Whole Catch™ Crab Claw Meat, picked free of shells
¼ cup dry sherry (optional)
Using a heavy saucepan, combine all of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite crackers and a simple salad.
