1 tsp salt
2 tsp celery salt/seed
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion salt/ minced onion
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp Liquid Smoke
1 bottle BBQ sauce (your favorite flavor)
A brisket
Mix all but 1 c. of the BBQ sauce and pour over brisket, Wrap in
heavy foil and refrigerate overnight.
Bake (wrapped) at 275 for 4 hours.
Open foil and pour the rest of the BBQ sauce over. Wrap again and
cook 1 more hour. Cool a little before slicing. Will need to pure
off sauce and maybe discard.
