6 oz spaghetti
2 tbsp butter
1/3 c parmesan
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c cottage cheese
1 lb hamburger
1/2 c onion, chopped (if desired)
1/4 c green pepper chopped
1 c tomatoes, cut up
6 oz can tomato paste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 c Mozzarella cheese shredded
Cook spaghetti, drain. (Should have
3 cups) Stir butter, parmesan cheese and eggs into spaghetti. Pour
into a 10" pie plate to form rest. Spread cottage cheese over
spaghetti crust. Cook hamburger and onions and peppers. Drain fat
and add tomato paste, sugar and spices. Pour into crust. Bake uncovered
at 350 for 20 minutes. sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake 5 min. longer
or until cheese melts. |
